User Growth
Growth, acquisition, and retention

Own growth experiments end-to-end: analytics, funnels, onboarding, activation loops, and conversion improvements.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run weekly growth experiments across acquisition, activation, and retention.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and funnel instrumentation with engineering.
- Improve onboarding and profile completion flows to increase quality matches.
Requirements
- Experience running growth experiments and measuring impact.
- Strong product sense and ability to write clear specs.
- Comfortable working with data and basic analytics tooling.
Software Engineer
Product + platform engineering
RemoteFull-time
Build product experiences and platform capabilities: verification, messaging, safety tooling, performance, and reliability.
Responsibilities
- Ship features with high UI quality and strong performance.
- Build reliable APIs and integrations with clear error handling.
- Improve security, privacy, and moderation tooling across the product.
Requirements
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript fundamentals.
- Experience with React/Next.js or similar frameworks.
- Comfortable owning features from design to production.
