Belgium holds the oldest and largest Rwandan community in Europe, concentrated around Brussels. It is close enough knit that dating inside it can feel exposed — which is exactly why members here use an app rather than relying on introductions.

Ontario and Quebec hold most Canadian members, with Ottawa punching well above its size. Distances between cities are large, so widen your radius — people here are used to a two-hour drive for someone worth meeting.

Voice and video calling is on the paid plans. Plus is 2,000 RWF per week or 4,000 RWF per month and includes 20 calls a month. Gold is 2,500 RWF per week or 5,000 RWF per month with unlimited calls, which is what most long-distance couples choose. Matching and messaging remain free on every plan.
Yes. Voice and video calling work internationally over your internet connection, so a call between Brussels or Toronto and Kigali costs nothing beyond your data. Calling is included on the Plus and Gold plans.
